Who we share your data with
If you decide to join our mailing list/s, we will store your email address on our secure database held with ActiveCampaign. ActiveCampaign do not have access to use or share your data.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. We currently do not accept commenting.
For users that register on our WordPress website (admin & web masters), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
For users that sign up to our mailing list/s, we will hold your email address securely until either a) the user requests us to delete it, or B) we decide to close the mailing list.
